Shipping policy

-Shipping process

For the reason that all of the rings in our shop are made-on-order, it usually takes 10 work days for the product to be ready for shipping.

-Free shipping

EU: Free shipping to EU member states usually takes 4 to 7 work days. In some cases free shipping might take longer, especially during Holiday season.

International: Free shipping to US, Canada, Australia, UK, Japan and other non-EU member state countries usually takes 10 to 15 work days. In some cases free shipping might take longer, especially during Holiday season.

-Express shipping

EU: Express shipping to EU member states usually takes 1 to 2 work days.

International:  Express shipping to US, Canada, Australia, UK, Japan and other non-EU member state countries usually takes 3 to 5 work days. 

-Lost or stolen packages

Free shipping: Only the packages to EU member states are insured in case of the free shipping option. We're not responsible for the packages lost in the mail that are shipped via free shipping option outside of the EU. Please contact us if there's any problem with the package in any case and we will sort the issue out!  

Express shipping: All of the packages shipped via Express shipping method are insured and if there is any problem with the package, don't hesitate to contact us!
